As mentioned, all athlete’s must first perform Our Sports Specific Conditioning Program (SSCP). It is the highest level Personal Training program that we offer. This program is designed for the elite athlete or our advanced clients looking to get to the highest level of fitness. All of our clients must first be brought through our Stabilization, Muscle Endurance, Hypertrophy, and Maximum Strength Phase before they can graduate to the SSCP. The SSCP is the culmination of the Maximum Strength Phase with the added variable of velocity. |
